Mr. Kedar, learned Counsel for the applicants made a categorical statement that unserved respondent No. 6 was tried to be served on the registered address given in the suit, however, said attempt was unsuccessful, as it is reported that respondent No. 6 was not residing on that address. He further claimed that respondent No.6 is plaintiff in the suit and attempt to serve her on the address given is unsuccessful.

In view of above, he seeks permission to serve the respondent No. 6 by alternate mode of service. 3.

He has also invited my attention to the earlier attempt made for effecting service on respondent No. 6. 4.

In view of above, civil application stands granted in terms of prayer clause (B).
