1] Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP. 2] The applicant is alleged to have been involved in orchestrating fake marriages along with others. It is alleged that after solemnization, the accused would take money from the victims under false pretenses. The applicant's name appears in the FIR as the person who introduced the informant to the group. Additionally, a similar incident has been recorded against the applicant.

3] Considering the circumstances, the application stands dismissed.
