It is submitted that in earlier Writ Petition, this Court has already directed the authorities to consider the proposal of the petitioner with regard to the Secondary School within a stipulated period. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the same is not considered. Even Contempt Petition is filed. 3.

As order is already passed to that effect and for noncompliance of the same Contempt Petition is already filed. No purpose would be served in again passing the same order in the Writ Petition.

The petitioner may prosecute the proceedings which he has filed.

With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
