The petitioner, wife of Shri Baban Ramesh Waghmare, seeks transfer by way of couple convenience, within the prescribed 30 kilometers in view of the Government Resolution dated 7.4.2021. Presently, she is working in Rahuri Taluka and her husband is posted in Ahmednagar Taluka, which is 58 kilometers away. A representation dated 12.01.2023 has been filed. 2.

The learned advocate representing the Zilla Parishad submits that the representation would be considered.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. We expect, that respondent No.2 would consider the representation of the petitioner, on or before 31.3.2023, on it's own merits.

We make it clear that we have not expressed any view or opinion as regards the merits of the claim of the petitioner. The case of the petitioner shall be considered, as per the rules, polices and by taking into account the vacancies considering the Government Resolution dated 7.4.2021.
