Mr. Kagne, learned AGP, upon instructions from the office of the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Parli, makes statement that award in this matters have lapsed and directions are given to the acquiring body to submit proposals afresh under Right to Fair Compensation Act. 2.

In light of that, it is for the acquiring body to forward proposal afresh. Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 may direct the acquiring body to forward the proposal expeditiously and upon receipt of the proposal, acquisition proceeding shall be initiated.
