The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Shikshan Sevak is pending with the respondent No. 3. Same is not yet decided.

We have also heard the learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents/State.

In case proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Shikshan Sevak (page 24) is pending with the respondent No. 3, then the respondent No. 3 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months from today.
