Heard. Perused the impugned award. Learned counsel for the appellant Insurance Company objects to allow the application. In the fitness of things, the applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount in deposit with this Court on furnishing undertaking. The applicant No.3 be paid 10% of the amount which is directed to be paid vide this order. The balance amount be paid to the applicants No.1, 2 and 4 equally. The amount payable to the applicant No.2, minor, be kept in a fixed deposit until she attains majority. Civil Application is disposed of.
