Learned counsel submits that the election programme has been published where in the objection to the provisional voters list are called from 15.02.2021 to 22.02.2021. The learned counsel submits that the petitioner would raise objection to the provisional voters list within stipulated time.

As now the objections are invited by the respondents, the petitioner is at liberty to raise objection to the provisional list. 3.

In view of that, the writ petition disposed of. No costs. 4.

All contentions are kept open.
