Learned Counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, submits that the parties have settled the dispute out of Court. In view of this statement, the Petition is disposed of. 2.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that he has deposited an amount of Rs. 7,000/- (Rupees Seven Thousand) in this Court and that amount may be given to the petitioner. Learned Counsel for the respondents has no objection for giving this amount to the petitioner.

So, the amount of Rs. 7,000/- is to be given to the petitioner, by issuing account payee cheque in the name of petitioner.
