None appears for the petitioner.

Perused the order dated 7th June, 2017, passed by this Court. Perusal of the order sheet shows that in the year 2011 itself, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner sought withdrawal of his appearance before this Court and the petitioner had engaged another Advocate and Advocate Ms. Netrali N. Gangawal Jain had filed Vakalatnama on behalf of the petitioner.

On 7th June, 2017, none appeared for the petitioner though the appearance of Ms. Netrali N. Gangawal Jain was shown in the cause list for the petitioner. To grant one more and last opportunity to the petitioner, the Division Bench of this Court was pleased to adjourn the petition. 4.

Today, none appears for the petitioner. Perusal of the record shows that on 14th February, 2006, rule was granted in the petition. It seems that the petitioner has lost the interest in prosecuting the petition as none appears for the petitioner even today inspite of grant of opportunity on earlier date.
