The parties to the litigation i.e. the appellant wife as well as the respondent husband have arrived at a settlement and the terms of the settlement are placed on record. The terms are signed by both the parties as well as respective Counsel representing them. The parties are present in the Court and admit the correctness of the contents of the terms of the settlement.

The appellant wife has accepted the decree passed by the Ad hoc District Judge, Beed, in the Hindu Marriage Petition No.10/2012, decided on 19.11.2014, granting divorce to the respondent husband. The appellant wife also assures to withdraw the proceedings initiated by her under Section 498 of Indian Penal Code as well as other offenses; so also, the complaint presented at Bhingar Camp Police Station, at Ahmednagar, and with the Superintendent of Police, Ahmednagar. The appellant wife is agp/-

BENCH AT AURANGABAD (2) FA NO.1567/2015 stated to have received the valuables enlisted in annexures attached to the terms of the settlement. The appellant wife has also relinquished the right to claim maintenance; both past and future, and also has agreed not to claim share in the property, movable or immovable, in future.

In view of the terms of the settlement, the appeal is permitted to be withdrawn and is disposed of as such. In view of disposal of the appeal, pending civil applications, if any, do not survive and stand disposed of.
