DATE : 2nd February, 2022 P.C.:- Considering the quantum of sentence imposed by the trial Court and confirmed by the Appellate Court and that the revision is not likely to come up for hearing in near future owing to pandemic situation created due to Covid-19, I am inclined to suspend the sentence. Substantive sentence is suspended till the disposal of the revision. Applicant be released on PR bond of Rs.15,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount. Bail in the trial Court.
