This petition can be disposed of by directing Respondent No.2- Scrutiny Committee to take decision on the proposal tendered to the Committee for verification of tribe certificate in respect of petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight months from today; and it is accordingly directed.

The petitioner contends that the tribe certificate issued in favour of his brother has been validated by the Scrutiny Committee by an order dated 07.01.2010. In the light of this fact, Respondent No.4University is directed to declare result of the petitioner in respect of B.Ed. Examination conducted in the month of April-2015, forthwith.
