Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petition is filed with a prayer referring to certain statements made in the proceedings and referred to in the orders passed by the learned Presiding Officer of the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Aurangabad. Though the petition is for those prayers, but the petitioner is only interested to see that the proceedings before the learned Presiding Officer, Debt Recovery Tribunal, Aurangabad are decided within time frame. Learned counsel admitted that the next date for hearing is

( 2 ) wp1077.19 scheduled as 06.02.2019.

In view of this submission, we propose to dispose of the petition at the admission stage itself. Though learned counsel for the petitioner prayed for stipulation of time frame, we are not inclined to fix any time frame and only with observations that as the next date is fixed as 06.02.2019 the learned Presiding Officer of Debts Recovery Tribunal, Aurangabad to take up the proceedings on the scheduled date and decide the proceedings as expeditiously as possible.

With these observations, the petition is disposed of.
