Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and learned counsel for respondent No.1/appellant.

It is an injury claim. Considering the grounds for objection and issue involved in the case, the following order is passed;

ORDER

i) The application is allowed.

ii) The applicant is permitted to withdraw 75% of the amount deposited with this Court, with accrued interest, on furnishing undertaking that he would deposit the amount, if the impugned judgment and award is reversed.

iii) The balance amount be invested in fixed deposit in any Nationalized Bank, as per rules.
