This application is the sheer abuse of the process of law. The accused are seeking quashment of a crime which attempt was made earlier by filing Writ Petition No. 1354 of 2019. After hearing the learned Advocate for the applicants, when the Court had expressed its disinclination to grant any relief to the applicants on merits, on instructions, learned Advocate for the applicants had withdrawn the proceedings. Still, the present application has been moved for the same relief.

The application is dismissed. However, the applicants shall deposit in this Court Rs. 5,000/- within two weeks, failing which, the amount shall be recovered as arrears of land revenue, for which the Registrar (Judicial) shall take appropriate steps.
