The dispute appears to be about the error in the vehicle number and the documents produced. 2.

The petitioner has already accepted the order and has paid the amount of fees.

The petitioner may produce the documents i.e. R.C. Book of the vehicle seized. In case, documents produced by the petitioner are of the seized vehicle, then respondents may verify the said documents, convince itself of its genuineness including the chassis number and if satisfied that, the documents pertains to the seized vehicle shall release the same preferably within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of the documents. 4.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
