Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith and heard finally with consent of learned counsel for the parties. 2.

It is surprising that the investigating officer had not prepared copies of the Compact Disk (C.D.) either for the accused or for the prosecution also and simply filed the same on the record of the case. 3.

In the circumstances, the learned Sessions Court is directed to prepare the copies of the C.D. by opening the seal, if any, through its computer section, in presence of the Registrar/Office Superintendent of the sessions court. Upon preparation of the copies of the C.D., two copies thereof be supplied to the present petitioner as well as to the A.P.P. before the Sessions

criwp91-2016 Court and the original C.D. be again re-sealed and be placed on record of the learned Sessions Judge. .

All the above exercise be carried within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
