Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. This petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is in respect of prayer clause-B, which is as under. "B] By issuing appropriate writ, order or directions in the nature of writ of mandamus, Respondents Nos.1 to 3 may kindly be directed to decide representations/reminders dtd.
28.06.2014, 19.06.2015, 20.11.2015, 12.01.2016, 23.02.2016, 24.04.2016, 12.05.2016 and 23.09.2016 annexed as Exhibit-B and Exhibit-D above, and in pursuance thereof, to effectuate the entries in the village records in favour of the petitioner with respect to the house
( 2 ) property on the basis of the sale-deed dtd.06.02.1979 and the judgment and decree dtd. 11.03.1982 passed by the Ld. District Court, Aurangabad, and for that purpose issue necessary orders;"

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the contentions raised in this petition or various representations filed by the petitioner with respondent Nos. 1 to 3, we direct respondent Nos. 1 to 3 and in particular respondent No.1 to look into the grievance raised by the petitioner in its various representations and take the decision on said representations, if already not taken, on its own merits and keeping in view the relevant legal provisions and procedure, as expeditiously as possible however, within three months from today and communicate the said decision to the petitioner. 3.
Needless to observe that, respondent Nos.1 to 3 shall scrupulously follow the principles of natural justice and then take the decision.

With the above observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
