Learned Counsel for the Petitioners submit that the impugned order was passed behind back of the legal heirs of the original Respondent No. 3 in the Civil Misc. Application No. 11/2013. He further states that now the legal heirs have caused appearance before the trial Court and they are being heard in the matter. He further seeks leave to permit present Petitioners to raise all the issues and objections before the trial Court. With these submissions, Petitioners desire to withdraw this Petition.

The Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
