CORAM: S.S. SHINDE AND SANGITRAO S. PATIL, JJ.
DATE : 19TH OCTOBER 2016 ORDER :
1.
Mr. K.C. Sant Advocate has taken discharge from the matter. The Petitioner has not made any arrangement to argue the matter today. We have passed detail order on 28th September 2016. The Petitioner invokes the writ jurisdiction of this
cwp92.16 Court and the ad-interim relief was granted in his favour on condition to deposit amount as observed in order dated 28th July 2016. The Petitioner though enjoyed benefits of ad-interim order, did not bother to adhere the directions given in order dated 28th July 2016. Therefore, the Petitioner is not entitled for discretionary and equitable relief and also not entitled on merits, as well. 2.
In that view of the matter, the Writ Petition stands rejected.
