Although this Petition is listed in the category of await notice, the learned counsel for the Petitioners points out that a similar challenge raised in Writ Petition No.11840 of 2024 was accepted by this Court and the said Petition was allowed by quashing and setting aside specific condition in advertisement dated 30.01.2024.

We find that the prayer in the present Petition is also challenging the very condition in the same advertisement dated 30.01.2024.

Since the relief claimed by the Petitioners in this Petition has been already effectively granted by judgment and order dated 17.03.2025 passed in Writ Petition No.11840 of 2024 (Nitin Ramesh Rathod and others Vs.
