For the reasons disclosed in the application and as the proposed respondent is purchaser of the suit property during pendency of the second appeal, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (A). Appropriate amendment be carried out in the cause title of the appeal within a period of two weeks from today, failing which the order permitting addition of parties shall stand revoked without further reference to the Court.
