The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the application filed by the petitioner for grant of project affected persons certificate is pending since December 2018 (Page 21) with the respondent No. 3.

We have also heard the learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents/State.

In case application is filed by the petitioner and same is pending with the respondent No. 3 (page 21), then the respondent No. 3 shall decide the same on it's own merits, in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months from today.
