Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned counsel for the respondents.

This is an application for continuation of stay order passed by this Court in Review Application No. 269 of 2023 dated 03.11.2023. The contention of the applicants are that the applicants are below the poverty line. They were not able to arrange the money to institute a suit. However, they are mostly prepared with money and documents to file a suit. Hence, the weeks time may be extended and earlier stay order may be continued till then.

The learned counsel for the respondent srongly opposed the prayer contending that nothing is remained before the Court. Therefore, further stay order can not be extended. 4.

Since it is a case of way to the field, the proceeding under Mamlatdear were conducted and some orders were passed. Considering the statement and submissions of the learned counsel for the applicants that the applicants will not seek further extension of time henceforth, the order dated 03.11.2023 passed in Review Application No. 269 of 2023 is extended for four weeks from today. 5.
