Respondent No. 4 though served none appears for the respondent No. 4.

The petitioner shall file an application with the Sub Divisional Officer for correct tribe certificate as per the order of the scrutiny committee. The said application shall be filed within one week from today. Upon filing of the application, the concerned Sub Divisional Officer shall issue the corrected tribe certificate to the petitioner within a period of three weeks. On receipt of corrected tribe certificate, the petitioner shall submit

2 wp 1025.18 the proposal to the committee for verification of his tribe certificate within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of the tribe certificate. The petitioner shall submit the acknowledgement of the proposal being submitted to the committee with respondent No. 4.

The committee shall decide the validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within nine months from the date of submission of the proposal.

The impugned notice is quashed and set aside. If the petitioner does not submit the acknowledgement of submission of proposal to the respondent No. 4 within the time as stipulated above, then the respondent No. 4 is entitled to take further coercive measures against the petitioner. In case, the petitioner submits the acknowledgement of submission of proposal as directed above, then the respondent No. 4 shall not take adverse action against the petitioner only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending. The petitioner shall co-operate in expeditious disposal of the validation proceeding. 5.
