PER COURT :

Learned counsel for petitioner states that the petitioner is the student of Ist year B Pharmacy. Validation proceeding is pending. The College is insisting for full fees.

Learned A.G.P. submits that the matter is already referred to the Vigilance.

The Committee shall decide the validation proceeding within six (6) months. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 18.4.2018.

The Respondent Nos.4 and 5 shall not take any adverse action against the petitioner or demand full fees only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending.

The Respondent Nos.4 and 5 may take further course of action depending upon the judgment that would be delivered by the Committee in the validation proceeding.

6.

The petitioner shall give an undertaking that in case, her claim is invalidated, she will pay the full fees for the previous year also.
