Heard learned counsel Shri. More for the applicant for some time. When this Court expressed its disinclination to grant bail to the applicant, learned counsel Shri. More for the applicant sought permission to withdraw the application. He further requests that the trial be expedited.

Learned Trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude it within a period of one year. If the trial does not get concluded within that period, applicant will be at liberty to apply afresh to the Trial Court for regular bail. In that case learned Trial Court to decide the application on its own merits.
