The parties have placed on record the compromise at Exhibit 2 of the Civil Application No.782 of 2023. The said compromise reads as under :- "1.

That, the respondent no.3 has given fair proposal of compromise to the management by representation dated 18.01.2013 and accordingly the management has accepted it. The copy of representation dated 18.01.2023 submitted in the office of the petitioner no.1 is annexed herewith and marked as Exh.-X.

2.

That, the respondent no.3 has given up her right to get back wages w.e.f. 16.03.2020 to 17.06.2021, voluntarily and she would not claim the back wages for the above said period from the management, in future."

WP 4800-2022 2.

The petition is disposed of in terms of the compromise. Civil Application Stands disposed of.

The amount deposited in this Court by order dated 28/04/2022, be returned to the petitioner with accrued interest, if any.
