This is an application for condonation of delay of 39 days in preferring appeal for enhancement of compensation for land acquired. There is delay of only 39 days. It is claimed that a applicants were not keeping good health and were under treatment. They claimed that certified copies of the judgment and decree were misplaced and time was required to trace out. Considering the short delay and the ground that instead of Rs.38 lakhs, Rs. 6 lakhs is granted as compensation, the delay is condoned subject to payment of costs of Rs.1,000/-. 2.

On payment of costs i.e. within two weeks, the Appeal be registered.
