1] Mr.Adhav, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after the order was passed by this Court dated 21st March, 2012 in Writ Petition No.9346/2010, the petitioner was granted TDR by respondent no.2. The petitioner sold out TDR to the various persons. Respondent nos.2 and 3 are not granting construction permission to the persons to whom petitioner has sold out the TDR. Those persons are making complaint to the petitioner. 2] The petitioner has already sold out TDR. Now the petitioner does not have any right over the TDR, nor she can complain in respect of construction permission. It is the persons to whom TDR are sold to make grievance in that regard.
