The petitioner claims that the promotion order dated 13.12.2022 has been issued in his favour. He filed a representation on 22.12.2022, calling upon the Chief Executive Officer to implement the promotion order. Within 25 days, this writ petition is filed, seeking a writ of mandamus that this court should get the promotion order of the petitioner implemented.

It appears that the law of Writs is being lost sight of. 3.

The learned advocate representing the Zilla Parishad submits that the representation of the petitioner would be considered and will be responded to within two months.
