When the present petition was taken up for hearing, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner informed that the petitioner was subsequently permitted to appear for the First Year B.Sc. Examination in the next year of filing of the petition and, accordingly, the petitioner appeared for the said examination as well as the examinations for the Second Year and Third Year of B.Sc. and has also been awarded with the B.Sc.

degree.

Admittedly, the present petition has been filed against the order which was passed in the year 1999 whereby the result of the petitioner of First Year B.Sc. examination agp/-

BENCH AT AURANGABAD (2) WP NO.3550 OF 1999 held in the month of March / April, 1999 was withheld. In view of the fact that subsequently the petitioner was permitted to appear for the said examination and has accordingly thereafter completed her education, the issues raised in the present petition, by passage of time, are rendered infructuous.
