Mr Thombre, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, on instructions, prays for withdrawal of the present petition.

By an order dated 31st October, 2019, the petitioner was directed to deposit sum of Rs.15,000/- in this Court. Mr Thombre, learned

20.14pil (2) Counsel for the petitioners submitted that the said amount be utilized for any social cause as this Court deems it appropriate. 3.

Accordingly, we direct the Registry to transfer sum of Rs.15,000/-, deposited in this Court to the Honourable Chief Minister's Flood Relief Fund, with accrued interest, if any, on the said amount. 4.

The petition is allowed to be withdrawn and accordingly disposed of as withdrawn.
