Mr. Patil learned counsel for petitioner submits that, the petitioner had initially made representation on 4/8/2014, however, the petitioner did not want to press the said representation and withdrew the same. Thereafter, on 27/8/2014, fresh representation is given seeking transfer at Soygaon taluka. The learned counsel submits that the said representation is not considered by respondent-authorities. 2] Mr.Bondar, learned counsel for respondents submits that in case such representation is pending, the authorities would consider it in accordance with law and policy. 3] In light of that, we pass following order :

{2} wp1016-15.odt a] Respondent no.2 shall consider application/representation filed by petitioner dated 27/8/2014 (page 16) on its own merits according to its policy expeditiously preferably by end of April, 2015.

4] Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
