Mr. Surwase, the learned Counsel for the respondents submits that in all these matters, the amount of compensation has been deposited by the Acquiring Body before the Special Land Acquisition Officer, Partur, Tq. Partur, Dist. Jalna.

In view of that, the Special Land Acquisition Officer, Partur, Tal. Partur, Dist. Jalna shall disburse the amount to the claimants as per the Award, if there is no other impediment expeditiously, and preferably within a period of six weeks.
