Learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that the Management has forwarded the proposal to respondent No.3 i.e. for absorption on the vacant posts of respondent no.4.

In case the proposal is forwarded by respondent No.4 to respondent No.3, then the respondent No.3 shall take decision upon it on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously preferably within four months. 4.

Writ petition disposed of. No costs.
