Learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions, makes statement that if Complaint (ULP) No. 29/2023 pending before the Industrial Court, Ahmednagar is not already withdrawn, he will withdraw the same since he is already reinstated on the post which was subject matter of challenge in the said complaint. This statement is accepted as undertaking.
