The victim is produced before us by the Mr. Manik Devrao Hambarde, Investigating Officer, Police Station (Rural), Nanded. He is major. His statement has been recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. He has narrated about the accused persons having abducted him. The petitioner together with his Advocate are present. 2.

It has been reported by the IO that the victim was traced out on 24 February 2024 in the filed of one Devidas Nandu Jadhav at village Talegaon and was given in custody of the petitioner.

Since it is a matter of habeas corpus, victim is adult and has now been rescued and staying with the petitioner/father, the petition is disposed of.
