Learned Counsel for both side submit that having regard to the nature of proceeding pending before the Trial Court which is about challenge to the order passed for granting heirship certificate under Bombay Regular Act, it would be in the interest of both sides that the learned Appellate Court is directed to dispose of the appeal within a stipulated period of time.

In view of this joint request, without going into the merits of the order impugned, petition is disposed of. Learned Appellate Court to decide Regular Civil Appeal No.41/2022 within a period of six months from today.
