PER COURT :- Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as he was an elected candidate from Ward No.2 of Bhadgaon Group Village Panchayat and had suffered the order of the learned Civil Judge J.D. Bhadgaon, in Election Petition No.1 of 2002 by which, he was unseated and respondent No. 4 was declared elected, that the petitioner had rushed to this Court.

By order dated 11.6.2002, this petition was admitted and interim relief was refused to the petitioner.

Three elections have, thereafter, taken place and hence the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this matter is rendered infructuous.
