Shri. D. P. Deshpande, learned Counsel for the Insurance Company has strong objection to allow these applications. According to him, he has a very good case in Appeal.

Perused the applications. For the reasons stated in the applications, the applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited in this Court, on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. The balance amount be invested in any nationalized Bank till disposal of the appeal.

The applications for withdrawal of the amount are accordingly disposed of.
