This is an application for relaxation of condition imposed on the applicant vide order dated 06.01.2022 in Bail Application No. 1239 of 2021.

Learned counsel submitted that, on account of registration of crime no. 27 of 2016 at Mandvi Police Station, District Nanded, applicant was arrested and therefore he applied for bail vide above bail application and by order dated 06.01.2022, this Court was pleased to allow the same directing the applicant to attend the police station once a weak, i.e. on Sunday between 12.00 noon to 01.00 p.m.

Learned counsel pointed out that now charge sheet is filed and case is already committed. Therefore, as no purpose is served by attending police station, learned counsel seeks relaxation. 4.

Learned APP apprehends misuse of liberty.

Heard. Perused the papers. It is emerging that, in consequence of registration of crime bearing no. 27 of 2016 registered at Mandvi Police station, applicant had applied for regular bail by filing Bail Application No. 1239 of 2021 and this Court was pleased to allow said application by order dated 06.01.2022 imposing condition of reporting at the concerned police station on every Sunday between 12.00 noon to 01.00 p.m. Now charge sheet is said to be filed and case is said to be committed. Therefore, in view of above

-3developments, condition of attending police station on every Sunday deserves to be relaxed and order is required to be modified as under :

ORDER

I.

The application is allowed.

II.

The condition of reporting at the concerned police station once a weak i.e. on Sunday between 12.00 noon and 01.00 p.m., imposed on the applicant by order dated 06.01.2022 in Bail Application No. 1239 of 2021, is hereby relaxed.

Instead III.

The applicant shall attend the concerned police station only on being called on prior notice.
