This Civil Application has been preferred seeking amendment in the names of respondent nos.21, 22 and 23 as stated in paragraph no.4 of the application.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that, earlier amendment application was moved and same was granted. However while carrying out the amendment there was typographical error in the amendment and further amendment is only necessitated to correct the names of respondent nos.21, 22 and 23.

The Civil Application is allowed.

Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.
