This is an application seeking leave to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner. We have heard the learned counsel for the respondents. 2.

It is trite that the abatement has to be strictly construed and an application for setting aside the abatement has to be liberally construed. Considering the averments made in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B) and (C). Amendment to be carried out within 14 days.
