The petitioner seeks direction against the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to correct the school record of the petitioner by putting his school name including the surname as "Harshwardhan Radhakisan Pagare" and issue fresh certificates and mark memos.

We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents.

It appears that the petitioner's name is mentioned as "Harshawardhan" instead of his full name "Harshwardhan Radhakisan Pagare". The petitioner seeks to correct the same.

Affidavit is filed by the respondents suggesting that the school has submitted all the necessary documents demanded by CBSE for carrying out the correction in the name of the petitioner.

As the school has submitted all the necessary documents to the respondent No. 3, the respondent No. 3 shall consider the request of the petitioner for correction of the school record, such as, the mark memos and relevant certificates preferably within three months. The same shall not be rejected on the ground that the petitioner has left the school. 6.

The Writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
