Heard Mr M.P. Tripathi, learned counsel for the applicant. He submits that respondent No. 3 - Mrs Savita Bhosale, Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Osmanabad is transferred and Mr A.B. Mohare has taken charge of that post. As such, respondent No. 4 needs to be added in the contempt petition and he seeks permission to add respondent No. 4 in the contempt petition. The prayer needs to be allowed.

ORDER

(i) The application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). (ii) The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of. (iii) List the appeal on 14.03.2022.
