Heard the learned Counsel for the Applicants who are seeking intervention in the present Writ Petition by projecting their interest in the Suit property.

The Application is opposed by the learned Counsel Mrs. Kulkarni, by stating that the statement made in the Application to the effect that the Applicants are in possession of the land

2 ca 1975.2021 is incorrect. She states that subject to keeping her contention open, disputing the allegations in the Application, the Application can be allowed. 3.

In the wake of the aforesaid statement, Civil Application No. 1975 of 2021 is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B". The Civil Application is disposed of.

On the Intervention Application being allowed the Applicants shall be impleaded as Respondents in the Writ Petition by effecting necessary amendment within a period of one (01) week. The parties express their consensus to argue the Writ Petition finally at the stage of admission.

5.

Renotify the Writ Petition for admission on 10.03.2022 with the understanding that the Petition shall be heard finally.
