O R D E R

(14 th DECEMBER, 2024) 1.

This application is placed before us in today's National Lok Adalat. Learned Advocate Mr. Jadhav, is present on behalf of applicants Original Claimants and learned Advocate Mr. Choudhari is present on behalf of Insurance Company through the authority letter issued by the Insurance Company. 2.

The learned Advocates for both the parties submit that they have amicably settled the lis and accordingly placed on record the terms of compromise. The compromise terms are

marked as Article "X" for the purpose of identification. 3.

Respondent No. 3 Insurance Company has already deposited the amount of compensation as per judgment and award passed by MACT, Jalgaon, in MACP No. 433 of 2009 and the Original Claimants have already withdrawn the same. 4.

Now respondent No. 3 Insurance Company agreed to pay an amount of enhanced compensation of Rs. 6,50,000/- (Six Lakhs and Fifty Thousand Only) to the Claimants, in addition to amount of compensation awarded by MACT, Jalgaon, within a period of 8 weeks from today, in terms of compromise before this National Lok Adalat. The aforesaid amount of enhanced compensation is to be withdrawn by the Claimants without back reference to this Court and without filing any separate application, in terms of award passed by this National Lok Adalat, on its deposit.

The Member, Motor Accidents Claims, Tribunal, Jalgaon be informed accordingly.

The Court fee refund certificate be issued as per the provisions under the Maharashtra Court Fees Act, 1959.

Award be drawn up accordingly.

8.

The First Appeal Stamp and pending Civil Applications stand disposed of.
