This application is filed for withdrawal of amount deposited by the respondent - original petitioner in this Court. Now the petition is disposed off by the Hon'ble Apex Court holding the present applicant and similarly situated persons entitled to receive the amount. Since only incomplete name was mentioned of the applicant in the list prepared by the respondent, the Registry expressed inability to disburse the amount. Now name of the petitioner is corrected in the record and the same is as given in the title clause of this application.
